For better results, aggressively massage the Reflex Points before applying the foot pads. Refer to the reflexology chart provided for acupressure points of organs and glands.

Directions: Remove paper backing from the adhesive sheet. Place pouch PRINT SIDE DOWN on the adhesive sheet and apply to your foot as shown on the label or use a Reflexology Chart as your guide. Pads can also be applied to knees, ankles, elbows, wrist, neck, back, shoulders.

For a foot bath, use 1-2 pouches in warm water. For full body bath, use 2-3 pouches in the bathtub. Add mineral bath salts and/or Epsom Salt, Soak for a minimum of 30 minutes.

At night, apply 1-2 hours before bedtime, wear for at least 8-10 hours. Daytime use, apply to feet and cover with socks. Avoid strenuous activity that would pull pads off of the foot.
